Quadriped leg and arm left

Goal:

-The exercise aims for stability where the abdominal and back muscles cocontract. It may be used in cases of back problems or neurological problems.


Procedure
:

-Start by kneeling on your knees and hands; put yourself in cat position as shown in the picture.

-Make sure your spine is flat, so that your pelvis is rotated anteriorly.
-Raise your left arm and right leg as seen in picture.
-Try to keep this position for 5-10 seconds.

-Repeat same with your right arm and left leg.

             


                    
  




Notes:


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.

-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.

-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
