Ulnar deviation

ULNAR DEVIATION


 

Goal:

-This motion activates forearm muscles and the associated connective tissue, or ligaments and tendons.

Procedure:

-Sit down and hold the band with your palms facing your knees and your elbows bent at 90-degree angles against your sides.
-Bend your right wrist toward the little finger side of your hand, which pulls the band.






                                Notes:


-Do not do the exercises unless advised by your doctor.
-Repetitions of each exercise depend on your tolerance and condition, usually between 30-50 times.
-If you feel any pain while doing the exercises stop and ask your doctor.
